Tournament Information
To schedule your tournament for your business, club, or charity fundraiser, call the Pro Shop at (425) 774-9611 x512.
Want to add an on-site picnic, social hour, or banquet to your tournament event? Call O'Callahan's Catering at (425) 774-9611 x411 to reserve our facilities, or to provide additional catering services.
Golf Cart Reservations
Your tournament chairperson is responsible for the reservation of all golf carts for your tournament. The chairperson must submit a list of individual names with payment 10 days prior to the event. Golf cart fees are $26.00 per cart.
Entry Forms
Sample entry forms can be picked up in the pro-shop. Information from these forms is crucial if your tournament is to run smoothly.
Size of Groups
All groups must consist of four players and reservations should be made accordingly.

Green fees and golf carts must be paid in full 10-days prior to the event. Events not paid in full are subject to cancellation by the Pro Shop.
Services Available
The following services are available to you and your tournament upon advance request:
- Closest to hole, long drive, straight drive, signs, etc.
- Merchandise or gift certificates.
- Tournament score sheets.
- Tee prizes or special awards.

In addition to the above golf facilities, excellent banquet, picnic areas, and conference rooms will be available. Contact the caterer for group reservations.
PLEASE make your players aware of the need for speedy play. Tournament marshals have the authority to move-up or remove any slow groups so that golfers in succeeding groups are not delayed an unreasonable amount of time. (2 hours per nine holes)
PLEASE remind all players that only alcohol purchased from the Nile Golf Course may be consumed on the course. (Washington State Liquor Law) Only beverage carts run by the Nile Golf Course are allowed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
