The Directors Staff unit has custody of the Shrine candidates for initiation during various phases of the Hot Sands Ceremonial and conducts the candidates through the Second Section of the Ceremonial, also known as the "Moslem Test".This unit also performs other duties as requested by the Potentate which include the setting up and organizing of the annual Shrine Center Family Picnic. Short two hour working parties throughout the year help to maintain the beauty of the Nile Shrine Center.
